Shape the product
Shaping the product involves identifying what to build such that it gives you competitive advantage. This often involves breaking down unquestioned assumptions, silos, and thinking deeply about goals, leverages, and the information asymmetry you hold and then identifying clear priority for change. Once you’ve clarity, then it requires managing tradeoffs to navigate the ship towards the outcome. Often you might have to use qualitative feedback to validate ideas.
